  • Oil
  • Fresh Cottage Cheese
  • Vegetables- tomato, onion, capsicum and bell peppers (optional)

All you need to prepare:

  • Cut cottage cheese in to thin square cubes
  • Dice big pieces (2 cms approximately) of tomatoes, onions and capsicum
  • Marinate the cubes and the veggies in green curry paste and salt for atleast 30 minutes

Steps to make Pahadi Paneer Tikka:

  1. Thread one piece of cottage cheese, onion, tomato and capsicum on to a skewer. Repeat the process until the skewer is three- fourth filled with these morsels.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the tikkas until they turn golden brown. Rotate the skewer regularly so that the all the tikkas are cooked evenly.
