Mutton Curry is a flavourful dish, which is prepared from red meat, spices and vegetables. This dish has different variations across all states of India.

  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Mutton
  • Curd
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Spices- bayleaf, cumin seeds, cinnamon, clove and cardamom
  • Vegetables- onions, tomatoes and coriander
  • Meeshna Mutton Masala
  • Meeshna Turmeric Powder
  • Meeshna Chilli Powder
  • Meeshna Garam Masala


All you need to Prepare:

  • Dice the mutton in to small even pieces
  • Chop the onions finely
  • Prepare a tomato puree


Steps to make Mutton Curry:

  1. Take a large pan with oil and add spices- bayleaf, cumin seeds, cinnamon, clove and cardamom
  2. Add ginger garlic paste
  3. Saute onions and let it cook until they turn translucent
  4. Pour the tomato puree
  5. Add all the masalas- Meeshna Turmeric Powder, Meeshna Chilli Powder, Meeshna Garam Masala and Meeshna Mutton Masala
  6. Add salt as per taste
  7. Add mutton pieces to the pan
  8. Add curd and mix it well
  9. Cook for atleast 30 minutes and check if the mutton has become soft. If not, then cook for more time.
  10. Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves
