Ingredients:
- Oil
- Salt
- Mutton
- Curd
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Spices- bayleaf, cumin seeds, cinnamon, clove and cardamom
- Vegetables- onions, tomatoes and coriander
- Meeshna Mutton Masala
- Meeshna Turmeric Powder
- Meeshna Chilli Powder
- Meeshna Garam Masala

All you need to Prepare:
- Dice the mutton in to small even pieces
- Chop the onions finely
- Prepare a tomato puree
Steps to make Mutton Curry:
- Take a large pan with oil and add spices- bayleaf, cumin seeds, cinnamon, clove and cardamom
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Saute onions and let it cook until they turn translucent
- Pour the tomato puree
- Add all the masalas- Meeshna Turmeric Powder, Meeshna Chilli Powder, Meeshna Garam Masala and Meeshna Mutton Masala
- Add salt as per taste
- Add mutton pieces to the pan
- Add curd and mix it well
- Cook for atleast 30 minutes and check if the mutton has become soft. If not, then cook for more time.
- Garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves
