Lady Finger/ Okra is one of the favourite vegetables of most of the Indian people.
High on nutrition, Bhindi Fry is a special preparation made by frying the sliced lady fingers and then, it is spiced up using spices.

Ingredients:
- Oil
- Vegetables- lady finger, onion, garlic, ginger, lemon and coriander
- Salt
- Cumin seeds
- Asafoetida
- Dried coconut powder
- Meeshna Turmeric Powder
- Meeshna Chilli Powder
- Meeshna Super Garam Masala

All you need to Prepare:
- After washing the lady fingers, it needs to be dried properly to avoid stickiness. Chop the lady finger in to half inch pieces.
- Prepare ginger garlic paste by blending both the products of equal amount in the mixture
Steps to make Aloo Ki Sabzi:
- Take good amount of oil in a large pan and heat it. The lady finger pieces should have an oily texture. We recommend you to avoid deep frying the vegetable.
- Add cumin seeds
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Add the chopped lady fingers
- Add salt, asafoetida, Meeshna Turmeric Powder, Meeshna Chilli Powder and Meeshna Super Garam Masala. The proportion of Meeshna Super Garam Masala should be more than other masalas for a stronger taste.
- Squeeze in some lemon juice
- Let it cook for 10 minutes. Check if the pieces have become soft; otherwise, cook more.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and dried coconut powder
